While we usually have our Premiere and Luxury collection bonbons in stock, we may be running out of most popular items. Usually it takes 7 business days to ensure we have a fresh inventory on hand.  For the custom orders the timeline depends on the complexity of the order. Production usually takes between 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the order.

Our chocolate can be kept fresh for 3 months at the temperature between 60-72 degrees Fahrenheit (15-21 degrees Celsius) with the relative humidity of 55%. In wormer temperatures or for longer storage it can be stored in the refrigerator in the box for up to 5 months.

For shipping in the summer months we send the chocolate with UPS 2-day Air, in the insulated box with Ice packs. We cannot guarantee freshness if another method of shipment is selected by the customer.
