Feeling out of sync with someone we care about can be so frustrating, sad, or just wreak havoc on our nervous system.  The longer the dis-connect it seems the more difficult it is to resolve the rift or disappointment.   

No matter who it is… holding onto emotional bags can really zap your energy.   Yet your emotions  are real.  While it can be annoying or even devastating when someone you truly care about has (poof!) gone away or disconnected, (or perhaps you find yourself tip-toeing through your relationship), never feeling quite able to share your truth for fear of further conflict or rejection…there is an easy, satisfying remedy.
